Charles H. Mansour
Founder & CEO, JD/LL.M.
Charles H. Mansour is the founder and CEO of Securitas1031, LLC, a trusted Qualified Intermediary for 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Since 2009, Securitas1031 has operated in partnership with Mr. Mansour's top-performing Fidelity National Title Fee Attorney office in downtown Houston. A seasoned real estate and tax attorney with over 30 years of experience, Mr. Mansour has overseen more than 18,000 closings and $3 billion in transactions. He holds degrees from LSU, Thurgood Marshall School of Law (Cum Laude), and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown, and is licensed in Texas, Louisiana, and D.C.
Richard Jaubert
Chief Financial Officer, MBA
Richard Jaubert is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in finance, strategy, and organizational development. As CFO of Securitas1031, he leads business development and oversees daily operations, ensuring clients receive seamless support across a wide range of 1031 exchange transactions. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA, and brings a track record of guiding growth-focused organizations with precision and vision.
Ignacio Sepulveda
Operating Partner, MBA
Ignacio Sepulveda drives strategic growth initiatives at Securitas1031, drawing on his background in deal structuring, capital markets, and private equity. He has deep experience supporting family-owned and founder-led businesses. Ignacio earned a B.S. from Pepperdine and is completing his MBA at Duke's Fuqua School of Business.
Yvan Monreal
Operating Partner, JD
Yvan brings six years of experience leading roll-up strategies for private equity firms across professional and financial services. At Securitas, he is responsible for driving both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. Prior to joining Securitas, Mr. Monreal also spent time at a premier international law firm, where he worked on complex corporate transactions. Yvan is a graduate of Whittier College and Duke University School of Law.
Zoe Bailey
Operations Analyst
As the Operations Analyst, Zoe assists with facilitating like-kind exchanges as well as spearheading operational improvements for Securitas and its partner companies. She draws on her background in the luxury retail industry to bring operational excellence and a client-focused perspective to her work. Zoe is a graduate of Tulane University, with distinction.
